There is no pros working for this company

Cons

Nothing works right if at all in this place they don't care about safety whatsoever. They are using 40 year old ladles that just dump on you instead of pouring and want to point there fingers that you have done something wrong there's holes in the holding furnace so the melted iron runs out and catches on fire at least once a day

Practically fully remote, pay is decent and some coworkers are helpful.

Cons

Average time off, abysmal leadership, pathetic communication, and ZERO company culture No clear career advancement opportunities. Leadership is uninterested in professional development opportunities and actively discourages. Clique-y, feels like high school. Not a lot of genuine people.
