Pros

On time payments Very responsive to emails and calls. Hima was very helpful and understands the situation when ever needed. Aishwarya was very good at handling accounts and HR part of the company.Responds immediately to all the emails & calls and resolve issues as soon as she can.

Cons

Marketing Team was ok....they should be more proactive to place the candidates.

I’ve been working at Ascii Group for over 5 years now since 2011. That itself is a testament of the kind of organization it is. It is a very reputed and respectable organization with certifications like MBE, WBENC, WOB etc. The work culture is professional while at the same time flexible to suit individual work needs. Best thing is every act of excellence in work is rewarded promptly which is a major motivation for me as I get to see my payroll swell proportionate to my efforts. Proud to be an Asciian. God bless Ascii Group and all its staff.

Very prompt in payments. Accommodated wire transfers when I was not in a position to receive checks due to travel.
