Pros

some co-workers can create a good environment. 3 years later and i still talk and see a few on a regular basis

Cons

It is completely inappropriate for the CFO to also serve as head of HR—a clear conflict of interest. During my time at the company, I reported directly to the CFO/head of HR, Debbie. Once, I was out of state for my grandfather’s funeral, and an IT employee, Stephen, sent me an unsolicited and explicit drawing of a naked man and woman I immediately forwarded it to Debbie in her role as HR. Her only response was, “Ignore it. I doubt he would send that." There was no follow-up. I never heard about it again. When I left, I told CEO Thom Williams, who apologized and said he had never been made aware of the situation. I still have the original text and images. The fact that this was swept under the rug speaks volumes about the company's handling of serious workplace misconduct.

Pros

Good salary and bonuses, benefit package is decent. The people are nice for the most part and it seems like financially the company is handled very well.

Cons

No job titles leads to no defined career trajectory, no way to advance and they like it that way. The job turned out to be very different from what I was sold. The SF office only does workplace, if I had known that I never would have taken the job. There are no uniform standards across the company which becomes problematic when we are light and have to help other offices out (when I was there we were light a LOT). Leadership provides zero mentoring, I honestly don’t think I learned one thing while I was there. Turnover is high and those that stay tend to be uninterested in growth (fine for some, was not for me). When I quit they did not take it well and were upset and short with me, did not wish me well at all even though I wished them well. It was very unprofessional in my opinion but I heard that was typical.
