Pros

Good for a part-time job while studying, benefits if you stay long enough, such as staff discount, really lovely colleagues and social aspect at times (not all people are nice)

Cons

High staff turnover, the general consensus among staff is that nobody wants to work there, except for people who have worked there for a long period (more than 5 years) and really enjoy customer service and the routine of their lives. Staff can be quite cliquey...
