      Some staff are decent Discount Some days workload is actually reasonable

      Cons

      Friend circles with favouritism out of control at this store. Incompetent management who don't have a clue what they are doing. Store is like a soap opera Building is falling to bits No chance for promotion unless a yesman Not enough equipment to do your job Staff are stretched so thin Unrealistic expectations they want you doing 5 peoples job

      Nothing, avoid it if you can.

      Cons

      Bullying management who are unapproachable with no people skills. Constantly understaffed leading to empty shelves. low staff morale. Poor work/life balance. No enhanced pay for bank holidays. Night rate only paid between 12-5am. Always being pushed to do more. New owners running the company into the ground. Lowest paid of the big 4 supermarkets.
