There are too many but let me list a few: First and foremost, the upper management has no strategy in place on how to run the business in US sitting in Japan. So every 2-3 years they send someone from Japan HQ to look after the NA business and then the entire strategy changes. Numerous people in IT department left the company and no plan was made to hire a replacement. The responsibilities were handed over to available IT personnel and that created a chaos. ASICS America as an entity seems to have no say and they just follow whatever Japan HQ orders. Little to no growth in the area you are working. There are people performing exactly the same duties what they did 5 years ago.
