Company discount, beautiful office space, snacks, fitness focus.

Cons

Salaries on the low side, little to no merit increases, poor bonus structure. Culture going downhill - very political, lots of cliques, "boys club" at executive level.

Employee discount, relatively friendly and relaxed working environment, nice office premises

Cons

ASICS is not a global company and there is no intention if the management to transform into a global company. The management style is very old-fashioned due to strong Japanese roots. Full of unhappy employees, who never take responsibility and trigger any change. Innovation is never welcomed and often rejected due to financial constraints. Although it is a great brand with lots of potential, it is in a bad situation due to poor marketing, inconsistent organization and lack of clear strategy.
