      Pros

      Excellent mission/vision. Globally recognized brand that has a very good reputation for quality in everything they do.

      Cons

      Global company with Japan home office. Although each region operates fairly independently, there is still much direction and control from Japan. In many things like quality and detail that is a positive, but in communication, quick decision making, and vision alignment, there are struggles to stay competitive.

      small but growing team ambitious plans to move forward, so also exiting times to be there to be part of the change

      the job description did not correspond to the actual job very unorganized constantly a lot of technical issues

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time there, it was a fun environment, co-workers were nice and they worked together like helping ear other in my area.Good employee discount on the merchandises.

      Cons

      Salary wasn`t great, below average. Benefits were ok. Other areas wasn`t as helpful as they could. You really feel that some areas are favorite than others.
