Pros

Management are flexible , good discount. Pay is ok. A lot of people are on partime contracts so you can’t even get paid more of you wanted too.

Cons

No room for progression or improvement , you’ll be in the same role for years regardless of how much experience you have , in management and training they’ll promise training days and travelling. Been 3 years + yet to experience any of those things.
