      Team atmosphere, everyone pulls together to get things done

      Cons

      Language of management, rude and racist in most occasions. I hope that the focus on diversity and inclusion has helped stop that. It was a hard atmosphere to work in.

      Pros

      A lot of freedom and learnt alot whilst here. Work with some great customers and products as well. Some amazing product launches, and creative ways to work with those launches.

      Cons

      No communication between head office and instore Visuals before a launch, so often faced problems on day of launch that head office hadnt thought about. Not enough product to support launches. Difficult colleagues including a manager who bullied myself and others to the point of leaving. Head office dont seem to want to get involved when this happens/
