Great place for sports enthusiasts, as allows employees to enjoy events like Olympics and World Cup or participate in sponsored sporting events. Casual dress code and work environment. Most of the people are great and a friendly vibe.
Cons
Zero training, professional development, or room for growth. Significant disparities between departments on advancement. Salaries are well below industry and regional averages (but aforementioned benefits help). Crazy office politics in some departments. Young, talented staff are on a practical revolving door because of this - especially women, leaving for greener pastures after obtaining a gold star to put on their resume.
