Great Health Insurance 2 week vacation base, with a week each of flex and sick Compressed Workweek leaves time for appointments on weekdays

Cons

Mandatory shutdown twice a year for office job 12 hr shifts on Compressed Workweek/mandatory Saturday or Sunday, depending on shift Expectations from company and from customers
