Pros

Interesting and challenging work, state of the art semiconductor processes and hardware development, good co-workers

Cons

Top management creates a toxic work culture, finger-pointing is use to blame engineer level, no sense of common goal and solving issues as a company. Scare tactics used by the management are preventing engineers from giving their best. Priorities are changing too fast. Goal misalignment between top level management falls back on engineer.

Pros

Future business wise, it will be good since ASM is a leading company for higher K film, but this is not developed by current management,

Cons

Most of high level management came from AMAT, all good old ASM people left and preparing to leave, High level management always is finding someone to blame for wrong directions of business. They have a responsibilities for the projects but projects go to bad situation. Always blame to engineer levels, bad behaviors.
