      Pay is well and nice pantry.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Messy system and when hand over, they give you excel that are all paste value which new joiners will struggle. Hire and fire is a norm. And not that staff are not performing . If not they downgrade you after a few years . Micromanaging bosses to secure their own job. Think twice if you planning for long term career. Look at other reviews. The hire and fire is true

      Developing organisation with global presence. Good for researchers .

      Cons

      Team members are always on hook. No body knows why long serving and good performing team members are dismissed with no apparent reason. Toxic culture makes everyone scared of job security which affects moral /motivation.
