1.Work was peace until new rules generate every week 2. Supervisor is friendly 3. Co workers helpfull 4. Salary is good, and benefits is great

Cons

1. Managements changed, and company goes not as it was used to be 2. Change the working days 4334 to 5days working. 3.No time with family due to working days are more then rest days. Overtimes after works and saturdays or Sundays, less time spend with families 4. No entertaiment / No DND 5. The free tickets for zoo and some games goes for office personal 1st and less for production personals.

Fair bonus if you are a performer.

Cons

Too many strict and unnecessary rules. 5 to 6 days work no more time for your family. No work life balance. You will be burn out if you are doing those physical jobs like Techs.
