      Messy GL handover procedures and policy of fixed asset

      Nice office and most colleagues are nice

      Cons

      Messy handover procedures and policy of fixed asset and significant resistance to feedbacks and comments. Late nights to support US and Italian entities. Expected to be instant ‘magician’ to take ‘flight’ within less than 1 month when documentation is not clear and messy. *Please don’t join GL Team*.

      Pros

      1) Showed notable enthusiasm throughout the recruitment process. (Please be mindful of this, check reviews on the team to which you are reporting before accepting the offer) Made commendable efforts to conduct surveys to gather employee feedback. (Hoping they follow through on this commitment for future employees.) 3) Well-designed office and peaceful work environment. (However, be aware that sometimes meeting rooms are often permanently occupied or blocked permanently)

      Cons

      1) The organization structure is highly compartmentalized. 2) Frequent reorganization and sudden team changes. 3) Uncertain about when projects will be reassigned to another team and when team leadership changes will occur. 4) A notable presence of ASM alumni on LinkedIn with ~ 2 -3 years of service, might not reflect positively on company management due to employee attrition and potential terminations or layoffs. 5) Unfortunately, the passion exhibited during recruitment diminishes once the candidate is on board, with no apparent buddy system or mentoring in place. Additionally, there are no regular checks and balances on quarterly check-ins or skip-level meetings for evaluation or support.
