Pros

Camaraderie, coworkers are like a family, pay is good. Lower/Middle management is great and they all show a genuine care for their employees

Cons

The “we care” program has been replaced with “we don’t care”. Fear of losing or losing your job for speaking up is a real threat now. Overworked but company won’t hire more people. The training is non existent and no support from upper management.

Pros

The pay is competitive. A lot of opportunities to learn about the industry. Depending on luck you may have a good manager and/or team. They really walk the walk when it comes to sustainability.

Cons

Dissent is dealt with harshly by upper leadership. The pay is high but all other benefits and non-monetary compensations are pretty disappointing. Work-life balance isn't a thing here. The culture is often toxic. The benefits explicitly exclude transgender care for family members.
