The majority teammate are supportive and nice, package are competitive.

Cons

Micro-management, no autonomy, every small action or decision is controlled by the management, felt undervalued and limit growth. Hierarchical decision-making, ambigous instructions and lack of open communication.

Cons

Tocix culture is like the Soviet Union. Cronyism leaders, hire and prompt people based on close relationships or friendships, not based on capability.

Higher management treat technicians like slaves. Really look down to us . Those who have self respect cannot work there.
