      Promotion System is out of whack

      I enjoy the work I am doing and I enjoy the people I work with.

      Cons

      If you come in at a low salary it will follow you. People are told there are no promotions outside of review cycle yet I have seen several people promoted outside of review cycle and in organization communications

      Could be nice work place

      Pros

      Good Projects. More challenges day by day. Some good people around to help you out in the process. Good benefits but not excellent one.

      Cons

      Tuning between manager and senior managements are not good. Projects falls apart, team falls apart, always ready to say "Yes" even if it's not doable. The way of working will burn you out. Be ready to give 200% (some people like this way of working, it excite them). Life and work harmony could be challenging.
