      Pros

      - Good one if you are out of college if you would like to try and learn new things

      Cons

      - Company and people taking advantage of you. Toxic culture...oldies culture - High turn over , walk outs will be common if you dont agree ! (ALD, Safety, Epi) - no real leadership at any level, think they know that as well ! Pathetic - HR is bad in most companies. They took it to a different level.
