Business Outlook
Pros
Everybody I worked with was easy to get along with. Ideas where taken seriously and input was always appreciated. The managers I worked for very fair and accommodating. Employees weren't expected to put in unnecessarily long hours just for the sake of warming a chair like some companies expect.
Cons
Initial training upon joining the company was not very good. A lot of things seemed a little haphazard and ad hoc. Intranet system was a pain to use often.
