      Great opportunities to get involved and challenged yourself Recently entered the AEX25 (top Dutch companies listing) and prospect to keep growing

      It can be quite challenging as the company is in growth and with company growth also the demands grow It will be great to have better locations for the physical offices

      Pros

      Had an amazing time working with technical engineers on thin film development. Mid level management is good for the most part.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic upper level leadership, poor vision and foresight, always prioritizing short term gains over long term sustainability. Turnover was extremely high, people were be-rated in large forums.
