Higher than average basic, but OT depend orders

MNC, Higher than average basics, Not-full-outfits of Cleanroom jumpsuits set (without hood-lower Cleanroom class) thus not so sweaty, Higher flexi-claim amount [single-800, married-1K, married with child-1.2K]

Cons

OT depend on machinery sales orders, Most management level superiors are not technical-minded (if so, prepared just be a dumb followers), HR service is not dynamics/pro-welfares, No-extra/OT pay if PH fall on your 12H-shift working day(starting in 2024!)
