no work life balance, and poorly organized without proper training for new hires. Salary is too low for the time and work you put in

Pros

Pay is decent if they actually pay you what you should be getting. Bonuses can be decent when corporate politics don't interfere with you actually getting it. The local employees are generally nice and enjoyable to be around and work with.

Cons

Company has no vision for treating employees. The IT department is a mess, and being poorly managed globally by a team that has no concept or understanding of local practices and demands from the business. Most all of IT tasks have been outsources to incompetent third party agencies that struggle to even follow SOPs. Management in IT can't keep people in positions in their largest offices of Singapore/US for more than a couple of years, so no real change or development is ever realized.
