      Cons

      This organization fosters gossip, team rivalry, and self-promotion. Some individuals benefit financially through supplier and vendor arrangements, treating the workplace as a means to secure personal retirement savings.       Senior management is completely detached from reality. Hustle culture, dissapointing compensation.
