Pros

Overall technology is interesting, but it is same as other semi companies. The pay is good.

Cons

There are many bad things, no well being , no worklife balance, poor management, and therr arr many involuntary retirement happening . HR policy is not humanitarian .Hr doing nothing, this is the worst hr i have ever seen in semi companies.

Pros

The role provides excellent hands-on technical challenges and the opportunity to work with sophisticated technology. The local engineering teams are resilient and highly capable when it comes to independent problem-solving.Build sincere relationship /friednship with quite a few people within department and also outside of my deparment.

Cons

The current upper managers leadership culture significantly impacts morale. The management style leans toward a top-down, authoritarian approach rather than a collaborative one. Communication in meetings can be highly aggressive, often relying on public criticism rather than constructive feedback. Front-line engineers face a distinct lack of proactive direction when technical issues arise, yet their independent solutions are often met with afterthought criticism. Furthermore, there is a noticeable disconnect between corporate success and employee compensation; the company has implemented benefit cuts even while public earnings reports indicate growth. This, combined with a general lack of receptiveness to feedback from the working level, creates a frustrating environment for senior technical staff.
