Pros

The pay is competitive. A lot of opportunities to learn about the industry. Depending on luck you may have a good manager and/or team. They really walk the walk when it comes to sustainability.

Cons

Dissent is dealt with harshly by upper leadership. The pay is high but all other benefits and non-monetary compensations are pretty disappointing. Work-life balance isn't a thing here. The culture is often toxic. The benefits explicitly exclude transgender care for family members.

They pay good, people are young. Somehow it is suitable for young people to work hard

At here it is aimless hard work, the hard work doesn't mean anything. Management is a diaster.
