      Used to be Best place to work. Not now!!

      Pros

      1.Work was peace until new rules generate every week 2. Supervisor is friendly 3. Co workers helpfull 4. Salary is good, and benefits is great

      Cons

      1. Managements changed, and company goes not as it was used to be 2. Change the working days 4334 to 5days working. 3.No time with family due to working days are more then rest days. Overtimes after works and saturdays or Sundays, less time spend with families 4. No entertaiment / No DND 5. The free tickets for zoo and some games goes for office personal 1st and less for production personals.

      Ridiculous appraisal system and objectives lately Management seems to come up with new regulations every few months. Poor engagement culture between floor staffs and management
