It’s in growing area of semiconductor technology

Cons

Toxic work culture created by management, bad behavior of managers, culture of threat and retaliation, employees given PIP without valid performance reason but to cut the bonus and salary so that managers can get their bonuses. Incompetent managers get promotion; managers have no clue about customer requirements. HR non-existent as toxic and threat work culture complaints not addressed. Think many times before joining this company, life will be stressful not because of work but company work culture.
