      Great benefits and work experience. Overall smart moves forward. Fun some days if you approach every day with a growth mindset.

      Cons

      Can become a lot of work if you don't create your own boundaries. Not all people lead or document by example. Many points of improvement for better support of employees.

      Employee Focused Company

      Pros

      ASM has really stepped up there employee care programs over the last few years. They made it a point to make sure every employee feels fairly compensated and have given company growth back to the employees in the form of pay raises, bonuses, and changing the review/promotion periods.

      Cons

      Smaller company, slightly unorganized technical information.
