      Toxic culture and uncaring management lead to suffering

      No Pros... worst company. Toxic work culture. This company doesn't consider employee's as assets

      Cons

      New management doesn't care about employees - the CEO has no compassion for employees. They want you to work like a slave and do double work for minimum pay. The CEO is rich, so he doesn't care if employees suffer or not.

      Good colleagues but toxic management overshadows experience

      Good colleagues and you can really trauma bond with everyone below management

      Everything here is a con. Egoistic management, mismanagement, bad management decisions balmed onto individual contributors. I would give zeeo stars to management if I could.

      I won't leave if I can think of one

      Cons

      If you are a serious SWE do not bother working at this place. Management doesn't care about software quality (settling for patches instead of actually fixing the issue, and asking developers to skip unit tests frequently).
