      If you are workaholic and wish to spend a lot of time on work, ASM is a good place as your workload is 3x of your role

      Dirty Trick of laying off employees Calibrated the employees performance Rating to "Need Improvement" rating, save $$$ on Merit Adjustment and Variable Bonus, force Employees to enter Performance Improvement Plan for 3 months; humiliate employees' effort and contribution

      Pros

      Overall a culture that is pretty collaborative and family friendly ( at least with the old leadership, not the same for the new leadership) People are generally polite and collaborate with you, with exception of some teams

      Cons

      We are forcing employees in Singapore back to office 4 days a week in December. As other reviews state, it is not the most ideal, given the time spent to commute + the lack of proper seating space. Our WiFi in the office is not stable, which makes productivity low when working in office ! We have feedback to the Singapore leadership but they are insistent on returning back to office , no exceptions. Really old school, top down mentality for the WFH policies that reflect the disconnect of our top leadership Singapore site needs to have a louder voice to advocate for our employees. You cannot blanket mandate everyone to return to work 4 days a week, and learn to be flexible and keep up with the times
