      Pros

      salary is competetive you can find smart people(they wery often give up already) bonus, 13 salary and vacation days work life balance is fine, you can just forget about work if its more then 5pm. if you not doing something in time, then just look around - too much meetings.

      Cons

      old technologies, almost everyone who work longer then you get higher salary environment dont like newcomers all easten europeans are in bad side if you work in team with old dutch people you will be promoted only if everyone agree(never if you not from Turkey/Iran and so on) if you do something good unplanned, prepare for pain
