Business Outlook
Pros
Great people to work with. Most people are engaged, skilled, interesting. I learn new things every day just by coming in and working on machines. ASML is really dedicated to development, and trainings are readily available. Also everyone has an opportunity to reach for goals outside their comfort zone.
Cons
There are high expectations for everyone's performance and high pressure to deliver results. Sometimes it can get to be too much causing hard feelings and burnout.
