DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.

Bad middle layers, the competence of the those are laughable, it’s surprising how they end up there, good that there is reorganization to get rid of those incompetent middle layers, career opportunities unclear. Still discrimination despite top down inclusion
