Stable works with no worry on losing jobs, stable bonus with decent mount, high salary level in the local area, monoply technologies as a head in the semi-conductor industry
Cons
Heavey workload, bad work-life balance, management team knew nothing about the management with only knowledge of PPT and pushing pushing pushing the deliverables with keeping asking overtime works, a lot of professional engineers but not very skillful and experienced, staff keep moving around with no accountabilities
