      Tough place to grow and make a career; Highly Bureaucratic

      Pros

      -Flexible schedule and Friendly collogues -Laptop is provided to everyone so easy to work remotely -IT support is very good. -Work equipment and tools are provided quickly.

      Cons

      -Difficult place for new hire since very limited trainings and not much help from subject experts. -Constant changes of project and priorities. Difficult to get visibility about group or department. -Communications gaps with in teams. Leadership is not pushing enough for changes in teams. -Team operate east to west and north to south with in hours without proper direction.

      Great leading edge Technology Company

      Pros

      Leading edge Technology company, excellent top level management in Veldhoven, The Netherlands, but not in certain departments within the Wilton facility.

      Cons

      Wilton Management (as stated above in certain departments) structure does not allow problems to be solved quickly ( because they don’t want to listen, communicate or collaborate with their top senior Techs who know a great deal about processes since we are doing the work every day ), so costly mistakes linger and continue longer than they should.
