      Great pay for a nonprofit Awesome mission Passionate employees Fully remote opportunities

      Cons

      The org has grown so much but its systems, strategy, and infrastructure have not kept up. This has created a “start-up” mentality where ideas are generated faster than teams can implement.

      When you have so many brilliant minds working together, there can be too many projects/priorities going on at once.

      Excellent learning experience

      Pros

      They did an excellent job So of training and onboarding our team for the season. I’ve never worked anywhere that took as much time as they did to prepare us for working as a team.

      Cons

      Honestly no real cons. I did end up leaving for higher pay in another field that I had more training in.
