      Toxic Management and No Room for Growth

      Pros

      You'll meet a lot of caring veterinarians, veterinary technicians and assistants. Really lovely people are drawn to the cause.

      Cons

      They've had horrifically terrible management for the last 10 years. Unfortunately, it trickles down from the top and they've never made any real effort to improve. Extremely high turnover and no room for growth.
