      Pros

      Most of the staff truly cares about the welfare of the animals and supports one another. The health benefits are adequate when you are allowed to practice self care without scrutiny.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations and a workload that surpasses human ability. Secrecy and hypocritical management. Useless Human Resources department that only serves to protect upper management.

      Pros

      Rescuing animals from cruelty and neglect and witnessing their strength and resiliency as we nurse them back to health is incredibly inspiring. Tremendous amount of growth and development opportunities offered for all staff.
