Pros

Obviously a pro of the job were being able to help animals get a forever home. A lot of opportunity for growth if you stuck around long enough.

Cons

Everyone there was underpaid. And I was thrown into a situation that I was not prepared for while I was still in training. Not only was this dangerous for me but it was unfair for the animals.
