      Pros

      I had a wonderful supervisor and senior leader with my position at the A. The company is very passionate about the work they do and continually strive to do better. There are some flaws (like every other organization), but they do consistently work on improving these flaws. Benefits and pay are great at attracting and retaining strong employees, too.

      No cons that I can think of.

      Truly the best place I've ever worked!

      Pros

      Remote opportunities, competitive pay (for nonprofits), solid benefits, positive work-life balance, managers who care about your well being, and all for a good cause. I've been here a little over a year now and truly, I can't imagine working for another company. It's amazing!

      Cons

      We all wish we could be paid more but really, for a nonprofit, the ASPCA is pretty competitive. The only other con I can think of is that it's BIG so sometimes processes across different departments aren't consistent which can lead to some struggles and confusion. But overall, very few complaints here!

      -Great pay -Benefits and PTO -Cool people to work with -Partake in doing some great work

      Cons

      -Management micromanaging -Unsupportive management -Management's lack of communication makes it difficult to plan and prioritize our work effectively -lack of adequate staffing is causing additional stress for those already working there
