Treated like a number. Very rare pay rise regardless of performance. Management unorganised. Too many managers and directors, never enough actual staff. No incentive to work harder, rarely get pay increased with inflation. Demoralising work environment. Hostile HR staff who are only there to protect the interests of the Directors.
