      Pros

      AssaAbloy purchased Spectrum Brands over a years ago. As with company buys, the new company makes changes. So far they haven't been problematic just vast and sometimes annoying (but not their fault) They have put quite a bit of money in upgrades so maybe they are here for the long haul but only time will tell.

      Cons

      Overtime was eliminated........ 1. A lot of people were depending on that extra money 2. That change could have unforeseen consequences in operations and production. AGAIN time will tell.
