Very dynamic group and company Very high skilled managers Superb training both organized by inside employees as well as outside companies Excellent place for first years of career with huge potential of learning and improving self Complex business New group (21 years), but extremely determined to be the best in class - is first in the world on revenues, however very good in many processes

Cons

Different divisions, different speed in improving and creates somehow unfair competitions Salary can stay low if your are not striving for it, or you are staying long (but is not the same for all companies?) Internal disputes on top high management (group/division/region) level are hitting trust in them. Some very, very good employees left due to internal disputes and revenges.
