      Lacks Communication. Poor Training.

      Pay is above average. Decent insurance options.

      Cons

      Everything is based out of North Carolina headquarters which is very difficult working in a different state. Communication is difficult. There is no clear answer as to who does what job making it difficult to get proper answers. There is no proper training, you just get thrown into the mix. The service rates are very high making customer complaints very frequent.

      No micro managing Friendly management, they're not stiffs Has good teamwork Plenty of Inhouse promotions if you your job right, have integrity and are aggressive in seeking these opportunities.

      Does not actively support international placements within rhe group Some entities don't pay commission to sales staff

      Benefits, Remote work, Travel, Great/Reliable Products, Salary, Meet tons of people across the country

      Cons

      Keep in mind this is one dept out of many. Depending on your department, Management is abusive, bullied, swearing is normal talk, Mgr will talk about his other employees to his favorite employees. Micromanage, Mgr doesn't care about customer, limited training but fully chastised for what you do not know
