Almost all management above senior managers aren't as fair as they should be, or a at least keep their word.
On average no review, feedback or a usable/fair appraisal, it's all politics.
On average, no code reviews.
Code quality isn't good.
Training time, handover time, project resource planning are almost never adequate.
Unless something is needed of you there will be no appreciation whatsoever for your work
No training plan for employees, most managers don't even know what there staff is capable off.
It's extremely hard, next to impossible to move to another division, a bit easier to move to other team in same division
HR can plan a small trip and that's it.
Not much learning opportunity, if you are good at something that all you are gonna be stuck doing unless you threaten to leave or actually do.
You opinion or felling don't really matter to top management.
No follow up on employee performance.
