      This company does not respect creatives at all. They're treated like idiots. The only people they respect are the salesmen, who are a bunch of narcissists who have no idea how the company is run or how to produce anything. They churn and burn clients because of their poor quality builds.

      Pros

      I was offered adequate salary and benefits. Most of the equipment I was supplied functioned properly.

      They are completely disorganized. My calls for workback schedules and cross-team communication were unanswered. Everything seemed to move backwards, and out of order. Project management was inefficient, and wasteful. Several personalities were extremely abrasive, negative, and I felt like I was constantly diffusing an argument. Several people seemed completely unable or unwilling to perform their job and it directly affected the rest of us. The company just felt like they were mostly incompetent. HR was practically non-existent. Tech support was a joke. This was the worst job I've ever had.
