      Culture - All coworkers are understanding and eager to assist you Fabrication Experts - Shop workers are very good at their jobs

      Frozen Pay due to Covid while paying new hires full wages Lack of support on projects Lack of proper training protocol and growth limitations

      None. Everybody throws each other under the bus and points fingers for the incompetence!

      Cons

      Upper Management is incompetent and a bunch of snakes. Theyll fire you for anything, no loyalty, fake smiles and they'll send you down the river for their unprofessionalism & ineptitude! They like to fire people right before your benefits start in 3 months.

      Enjoyed majority of my immediate team members, not "Upper Management" though.

      Cons

      Claims to be a "family first company", yet expects salaried employees to work 24 hours a day, work during PTO and of course during Sick Days! No clear direction from Upper Management. Owner has too many grand ideas and ultimately fails at achieving any of them. Too many Directors and Vice Presidents for a small company getting paid 90% of the money while the rest of us got 10% to split.
