Flexible working hours. Comfortable company restaurant. Usually given adequate time and manpower to complete projects. Personal interests and hobbies are well-encouraged here to motivate creativity.

Cons

Relatively low salary. I think there is nothing more important than this one. How can I fulfill the twenty word minimum?
